David began his career in the securities industry in 1983, received his Certified Financial Planner® designation in 1985 and has been advising clients for those 30 years in investing and financial planning, as well as assisting them with all sorts of life’s challenges such as births, deaths, divorce, inheritances and retirement. These experiences enable David to be the go-to advisor for true financial planning. As a witness to many economic swings in those 30 years, as well as with his use of his background in mathematics, David has gained a significant understanding of markets and the financial instruments to recommend to clients.
He graduated from the University of Washington in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. His Securities Registrations are series 7, 24, 51, 53 and 63, held with LPL Financial as well as an Insurance license for Washington State.
David is married to Kristine and they have three grown children and two Australian Shepherds. He spends much of his free time fishing, mushrooming, gardening and attempting to create good meals in the kitchen.

Inspired by the impact of budgeting in his own life, Doug began sharing the teachings of Ron Blue and Larry Burkett nearly 40 years ago. He believes in the power of cash flow management built on emotional contentment to help people experience peace in their family finances.
Both Pacific Northwest natives, Doug and his wife Lu have two grown children and and five grandchildren. They invest a lot of time in their grandchildren whose help they often employ to pick blueberries in their backyard garden.
Doug founded Collier, Heggerness, and Bronk CPA's in his home office in 1983 and built the company through specialization in personal finance, small businesses, churches, and nonprofits. Over the past 35 years, Doug has participated in several successful business startups, coached entrepreneurs, consulted dozens of churches, and taught personal finance to thousands of individuals. Doug became a financial advisor in 2000 and recently retired from most of his CPA work to focus on helping individuals and families plan and pursue their financial goals.
Doug and his son Josh traveled together to Liberia in 1997 and since then Doug has been on over 25 mission trips with Serve The Children to Liberia, India, and Zambia. He volunteers teaching children Tae Kwon Do, serving in his local church, and coaching couples in budgeting and debt management.

Brian and his wife, Erica are proud parents of their two children, Jacob and Analise. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, hiking, traveling, and volunteering.

A Tacoma native, Josh lives in Fircrest with his wife Latisha and their two kids. They love spending time together playing games, watching movies on Friday night pizza movie night, and hosting families in their home.
Josh began his career in the non-profit sector where he focused on fundraising and leadership. His roles included Development and Communications Director for Tacoma Youth For Christ and Executive Director for Youth For Christ in San Diego. In 2018, Josh transitioned his passion for helping people express their values through financial stewardship to his current role as an LPL Financial Planner. Josh is involved in several local non-profits, including Network Tacoma and Randy Sheets Memorial Fund, and also volunteers as a fundraising event emcee.
Josh enjoys a good coffee paired with a good book, rock climbing, and likes to live a balance between being cozy on the couch and hiking a trail.
